SCI-Maritime Training Institute gives a lot of focus on the holistic development of its cadets. For the physical exercise and development, regular yoga sessions are done on weekly basis under the supervision of a Yoga instructor. In addition, indoor and outdoor sports facilities like chess, carrom, badminton, volleyball, cricket, football etc.
SCI-MTI has a large size of playground within the campus for various outdoor sports, including a volleyball and badminton court. In addition, MTI has vast campus for jogging and other regular physical exercises.
